Crunch&Sip®

Crunch&Sip® - a formal break to eat fruit and vegetables and drink water in the classroom

Crunch&Sip® is a classroom strategy in support of the Go for 2&5® campaign.

The program is available to public, Catholic and independent primary schools across South Australia.  Students can ‘re-fuel’ with fruit or vegetables during the morning or afternoon which assists them to concentrate and improves their physical and intellectual performance - healthy children learn better.
