Adelaide Tracheostomy Course

The Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN) is holding the Adelaide Tracheostomy Course on September 11-12, 2018. 

The course will cover:

  • Technique of percutaneous and surgical tracheostomy including airway management
  • Care of tracheostomy patients including management of complications
  • Role of the multidisciplinary team
  • Weaning and decannulation pathways

Course numbers are limited to:

Day 1: 50 Medical/Allied Health/Nursing
Day 2: Dissectors (9 beginners, 6 advanced)
