South Australian immunisation coverage rates

The Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) records details of vaccinations given to individuals who live in Australia.

The following graphs provide annualised data for all children fully immunised in South Australia as reported by AIR for the March, June, September, and December assessment quarters.

The term 'Aboriginal' is inclusive of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children.

Annualised data for all children for the March, June, September, and December assessment quarters *From quarter ending 31 December 2014, meningococcal C (given at 12 months), and dose 2 measles, mumps, rubella (MMR) and dose 1 varicella (given as MMRV at 18 months) was included in the definition of fully immunised for the 24-27 month cohort.

The following summaries provide coverage rates on children fully immunised as reported on the AIR by Local Government Area (LGA). If an LGA is not included in this publication it is because there are less than 10 children reported as residing in the area.
