Consumer experience

Consumer experiences of health care are increasingly being recognised as an essential element in achieving positive health outcomes.  As such, consumer experience is a central element of SA Health’s Safety and Quality Program.

The following Patient Evaluation of Health Services surveys are designed to identify emerging issues around consumers’ experiences of key dimensions of care and trigger action on priority problems and populations.
