Yorketown consultation open

Local residents are invited to have their say about surgical services at Yorketown Hospital.
Country Health SA Chief Executive Officer Maree Geraghty encouraged members of the community to attend one of the consultation sessions at the hospital.
“There’s been lots of discussion recently about surgical services at Yorketown Hospital,” Ms Geraghty said.
“Local residents can drop in to Yorketown Hospital to chat with senior hospital staff and have their say about surgical services at Yorketown.”
The first community consultation session will be held on Wednesday, 12 April, and residents are invited to call in anytime between 2pm and 4pm.
“After Easter there will be three more opportunities for locals to provide feedback,” Ms Geraghty said.
“We look forward to hearing from locals and discussing these important matters with them.”
The second community consultation session will be held on Tuesday, 18 April, between 2pm and 4pm.
On Wednesday, 19 April two consultation sessions will be held: 10am-12pm and 6pm-8pm.
