Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner (HCSCC) helps people – service users, carers and service providers to resolve complaints about health and community services, when a direct approach to the service provider is either unreasonable, or had not succeeded.

  • The charter has been translated into 11 community languages and easy to read format is available on the HCSCC website
  • Do you need an interpreter? Translator services are available by telephoning (08) 8226 8666 to arrange this service.  These services are available Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
