Transition to Professional Practice Program for Registered Nurses 2011

Adelaide Health Service (AHS) offers the most graduate positions in South Australia, giving you the opportunity to join one of our four Transition to Professional Practice programs. You will consolidate your knowledge and expand your clinical skills. As a newly registered nurse, this is your chance to gain experience in a wide variety of clinical settings - consolidating your theory with practice and setting you up for a great start to your career.

As a first-year registered nurse, you’ll be expected to rapidly adjust to a new environment, experiencing many challenges. The aim of our popular 12 month transition programs is to ensure you can fulfil your potential and develop as a professional nurse and an individual.
