To check on your eligibility to access these services, please contact the Centre on either (08) 7425 8700 or 1800 956 322 and select option 6 when prompted.
Remember to bring your Medicare card and any concession cards to all appointments. A fee may be payable for private service providers and overseas patients.

General services
Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:00pm
GP services
Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm

In emergencies, attend your closest hospital emergency department or telephone 000 for an ambulance.
Car parking
Free car parking is available to clinic patients for up to two hours. Disability parking is available.
Disabled access
